Welcome to Magic Mirror on the Phone, an app published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. By using Magic Mirror on the Phone (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Entertainment Only

The App lets you ask questions and receive playful, mysterious responses generated by artificial intelligence in the style of a magical mirror. All responses are generated for entertainment purposes only. They are not factual claims, predictions, or advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice — and you should not rely on them for decisions. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in your store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• submit content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others, or attempt to generate such content;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
• present the App’s responses to others as factual, professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all materials in it are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that responses will be accurate, appropriate, or available without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its responses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
