Terms of Use

Welcome to Manifesto, an app published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. By downloading or using Manifesto (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment is processed by the store through which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play) and is subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or store in the App, including affirmations, goals, and journal entries. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to operate and improve the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• upload or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all materials in it — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. No Professional Advice

Content in the App is provided for personal motivation and inspiration only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or where we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
