• Photos you take in the App are transmitted for AI analysis and are processed only to produce your result;
• Photos are not permanently stored on our servers;
• The most recent camera preview image may be temporarily cached on your device for app functionality.

Automatically collected information

• IP address, crash reports, and performance metrics;
• On iOS, usage limits and premium status may sync through Apple’s iCloud service if enabled on your device.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

Photos are shared only with the analysis service that produces your result, and only for that purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy protections, and push notifications are delivered through the platform’s notification service. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Data Security

• Data transmitted for analysis is encrypted in transit;
• Data stored locally uses the operating system’s security features;
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

• Photos: processed transiently for analysis; not permanently stored;
• Usage data: retained while you use the App;
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

You can manage notification preferences in the App and disable iCloud sync in your device settings. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
