Terms of Use

Welcome to PawTalks, an app published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. By using PawTalks (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Entertainment Only

PawTalks is made for fun. Sounds, “translations,” and responses generated by the App are for entertainment purposes only — they are not real animal communication, and they are not veterinary or behavioral advice. If you have concerns about your pet’s health or behavior, consult a licensed veterinarian.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the App or its content is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in your store account settings. Prices, terms, and features may change. Except where required by law, all sales are final.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for illegal purposes;
• distribute harmful or offensive content;
• reverse engineer or attempt to hack the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all materials in it are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
