Terms of Use

Peel Parade (the “App”) is published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. These terms govern your use of the App on iPhone, iPad and Android.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Purchases are also subject to the terms of the app store you use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age required by local law. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must provide any agreement or permission required by law. No account with us is required.

3. The Game

Peel Parade is a puzzle game for personal entertainment. You free Button friends by pulling them off the board, in levels (Tasks), in endless runs (Infinity) and on a daily board that is the same for everyone (Daily Peel). Starting a level or an Infinity run uses a life; lives refill over time. Some features show ads, and some offer an optional ad in exchange for an extra life or extra pulls.

Leaderboards are provided through your device’s game service and are subject to its terms. Play fairly: scores obtained by modifying the App, its data or its timing may be removed.

4. Purchases and the Peel Pass

The App offers optional in-app purchases. Prices, and for the Peel Pass the billing period, are shown before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.

• Peel Pass (weekly, monthly or yearly) removes ads, gives unlimited lives and includes the King Kitty skin while it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it in your app store’s subscription settings before the renewal, under the conditions shown when you subscribe. Deleting the App or contacting support does not cancel it.
• Skins (single mascots, or the bundle of every mascot sold in the Shop) are one-time purchases that change how your crew looks. They do not change gameplay and can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases.
• Lives items (a refill, or unlimited lives for a set time) are used up when bought or when their time ends and cannot be restored.

Lives, pulls, skins and other in-game items have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred outside the App. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by your app store under its rules. Restore Purchases and purchase checks need an internet connection and available store services. These terms do not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by law or the applicable store rules.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Access to paid items lasts for the applicable purchase or subscription and does not transfer ownership of the App or its content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or to harm others;
• copy, modify or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by these terms, applicable law or an applicable license;
• reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it, or bypass purchase, ad or lives controls;
• manipulate scores, the Daily Peel or leaderboards by cheating, automation or modified software.

7. Intellectual Property

The App’s software, characters, names, graphics, sounds, music and other content are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ads shown in the App come from third parties and are their responsibility.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that leaderboards or ads will always be available, or compatibility with every device and future operating system. This does not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Ending Use and Availability

You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel an active Peel Pass separately in your app store. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity or a security issue, subject to applicable law.

We may update, change or discontinue features, levels or items. If changes materially affect an active paid service, we will provide any notice, cancellation option or other remedy required by law or the store’s rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the current version here with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your usual residence or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Contact us if you would like help resolving an issue; doing so does not waive your legal rights.
