Terms of Use
Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Growth Essentials, LLC

If you cannot legally enter an agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and authorize purchases where required.

Learning and practice, not financial services
Replay teaches chart reading through picture lessons, questions, historical chart challenges, explanations, and reviews. Choices, positions, balances, gains, losses, and rewards are hypothetical. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and do not represent ownership of an investment. Replay does not accept trading deposits, place orders, operate a brokerage or exchange, or offer real-money wagering.
Content is general education, not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. A correct answer or successful practice result does not establish investing skill or predict a real return. No lesson, streak, membership, or other feature guarantees profits.
Historical charts, examples, and currencies
Historical challenges use selected past BTC/USDT chart windows. Other lesson examples may be illustrative. Data can be simplified for teaching and may contain errors or omissions. Explanations describe the evidence in an example; they do not establish a universal rule or a forecast of future prices.
Practice amounts can be displayed in a local currency using dated reference exchange rates. They are educational equivalents, not live exchange quotes, executable prices, or offers to convert money. Actual membership prices come from the App Store purchase screen in your storefront’s currency.
Free features and Replay Membership
Free access includes today’s chart, selected introductory lessons, topic previews, and your earned history. Topic previews do not grant full access to other lessons. Replay Membership adds the full lesson course, the chart archive, and additional practice plans. Full access to paid lessons requires an active membership, including lessons you completed previously. Your earned history remains available when membership ends. The purchase screen describes the access included in your plan.
Membership plans are auto-renewing subscriptions that provide the same membership access. They have no free trial. Free features remain available without starting a subscription. Paid access begins after Apple completes the purchase and Replay verifies the subscription.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. The price, currency, and billing period are shown before you agree. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.
Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account’s Subscriptions section. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period expires. Removing Replay or deleting local progress does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Replay with the Apple Account used for the purchase to check existing access.
Apple administers App Store billing and refund requests. You can request a refund at Apple’s Report a Problem service or contact us for help. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable law. Nothing here removes a statutory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right. Price changes follow applicable App Store notice and consent requirements.
Your progress, reminders, and shared results
Replay does not require a Replay login. Progress and preferences are stored locally, and automatic account synchronization is not provided. Reinstalling the app or deleting its data can remove local progress. Restoring a subscription restores eligible access, not a missing learning history. Device backups are controlled by Apple and your settings.
Reminders are optional notifications scheduled on your device. Shared replay links contain saved choices and results, rather than a live multiplayer session. Recipients can keep or forward links and images. Use a nickname and share only information you are comfortable making available to recipients. Obtain permission before sharing someone else’s personal information or content.
Posting through another app is subject to that app’s terms and your choices there. Replay does not automatically publish your results or provide a public social feed. Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
App license and content
Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement that license with Replay-specific service and membership terms. They do not replace the Standard EULA; the Standard EULA governs app-license matters if there is a conflict.
Replay’s software, original teaching content, artwork, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable notices or licenses. Membership gives you access for personal learning; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the course or dataset. You may use the result-sharing features as intended.
Acceptable use
Do not use Replay to break the law, harass others, infringe their rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, or bypass paid access controls. Restrictions on copying, modification, or reverse engineering do not limit rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly gives you. Contact us if you find a security or content issue.
Availability and changes
Bundled lessons and charts support offline learning. Purchases, subscription verification, online help, and external sharing destinations can require an internet connection and available third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future operating system.
We may update or correct content and features. For material changes that adversely affect an active paid service, we will provide notice and any cancellation or other remedy required by law. If we discontinue paid service, we will address affected subscriptions in accordance with App Store rules and applicable consumer rights.
Ending use
You can stop using Replay at any time. Cancel any subscription separately through Apple. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. This does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Replay and its educational content are provided as available, without a promise of error-free service, a particular learning outcome, or fitness for making investment decisions. You are responsible for your own real-world financial decisions. Seek appropriately qualified advice when you need it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over a conflicting disclaimer.
Law and disputes
These supplemental terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to the Standard EULA for app-license matters. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your usual residence or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Contact us first if you would like help resolving an issue; doing so does not waive your legal rights.
Updates to these terms
We will post updated terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement when required for a material change. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
