Terms of Use

Welcome to SkySaver: Smart Flight Deals, an app published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. By downloading or using SkySaver (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. What the App Is

The App uses algorithmic and AI-based analysis of flight pricing data to estimate whether fares on a route are likely to rise or fall, and to surface flight deals. Its recommendations — such as “Buy Now” or “Wait” — are informational estimates, not guarantees.

2. Predictions Are Not Guarantees

Price predictions and recommendations are estimates for informational purposes only. Airfare is volatile and controlled by airlines and sellers, not by us. We do not guarantee that a predicted price, fare, deal, or seat will be available, that prices will move as predicted, or that following a recommendation will save you money. The App does not provide financial advice, and you are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.

3. We Are Not a Travel Agent

The App does not sell flights. Any booking or purchase you make happens with third-party airlines, agencies, or booking sites under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for their pricing, availability, changes, cancellations, or service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Purchases of travel from third parties may require that you be an adult with legal capacity to contract.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock premium features. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in your store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the App, or resell its predictions;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or the systems that provide it.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all materials in it — including software, models, text, and graphics — are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy of pricing data or predictions, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including money spent or not saved on airfare, or losses arising from reliance on predictions. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
